Which fiberglass?

I'm sure this has been asked many times.

During my resto. I've been using the 8sq ft bags of fiberglass cloth. (I think it's cloth, because it looks like it's woven together. This is all my area has.
But this weekend, I went to pick up a couple more bags of it, and seen they have what looks like a bag of stranded fiberglass.
Which is better Stranded, or the woven mat?

Only thing I have left to do is put the deck down and fiberglass it in.

It depends on the type of resin you're using. Epoxy or polyetser?

Poly resin.

With polyester CSM (chopped strand mat) should always be used as a first layer to ensure a good bond, woven or stitched products tend to have problems when used without it.

For epoxy CSM is not needed.
