Which One would you Buy?

Being new to boating, I'm going to upgrade from a Merc. 125 to either a used 2000 Merc.135 Optimax or new 2003 Merc. 150 XR6. Which one does everyone feel would be the best choice?<br /><br />Thanks

IMHO, I would never buy a Optimax unless it was an '03 model year with full warranty. Actually I would probably still not buy that motor.<br /><br />Get the Xr6, known reliability !!<br /><br />John
