Re: who wants to laugh? (force motor)
I'm sooooo tempted to bid, but he's not accepting 'foreign' bids. Can I sue him for discrimination? Mind, $11.54 is a little out of my league, being as my father was Russian (well, Polish) and I work a lot in China (low wages you know).

Here's an interesting story.

Had a (potential) customer ring me for a pre-sale inspection of his boat. I asked the usual details, motor, boat brand and model, etc. He said it was a "Chivers Seamaster, 23 foot". (Will only be known to West Australians, but that's not the point). I then said that the Seamaster is a 21 foot, the 23 foot was a Safari. He insisted that is was a 23 foot Seamaster, so I stopped arguing (customer always right and that BS) and booked a time for the inspection. The boat arrived at the appointed time and I did the inspection, which included a length check. Out with the tape measure and, sure enough, 21 feet. So that's what I write on the report. Well, he goes ape-sh_t. "It's 23 feet long!". "BS" and produce the tape measure and show him. What he said next makes me think this guy with the Mercury-Force is the same one. "It's 23 metric feet" Ahhhhhhhhhh?????????

Chris.............
