I guess that's a good question to know the answer to.. do individuals or businesses use the most daylight-dependant energy, like heat and lighting? Off the cuff, I'd guess a business is more efficient since it has one furnace for a large SF building, where each home has its own. In a time where many of the largest businesses run near 24/7, I don't see changing a clock as changing anything for them.
Of course, I wouldn't be shocked if the original reason ended up being a longer golf game, either.
