How can I tell if cylinders are giving me any trouble? What are the signs?

He was being funny! d:) You listed compression readings for 10 cylinders. You seem to be good to go. Go boating and check the engine oil for water several times on your next trip. Good luck.

Sorry about that. The numbers are all the same so I typed too much. It should be:

170 180 180 180
175 180 180 170

Will check the oil while on water tomorrow.

Took the boat out today and there's no water in the oil. Engine ran even quieter maybe due to fresh oil.

I can rule out a cracked intake manifold or even its gasket coz the vacuum is steady.

I has to be the gasket/seal of the cylinder cover that caused rain water intrusion.

Thanks to all!!
