Why no aircooled outboard ?

I know that there's small hp aircooled outboard out there but why no hight hp motors ?

Water transfers heat MUCH better than air. An aircooled high HP motor would require huge fins and a big fan to get enough air flow over them to keep the motor from seizing up. Since the water is "free" you might as well use it to cool the engine and keep it as light and compact as possible.

Besides that, there is the exhaust heat to deal with. Even the small air cooled motors cool the exhaust with water. Most of them have a water pump for that purpose!!! Ever touch the exhaust pipe on an air cooled motorcycle?
