Re: Wife is mad, What do I do?

SS, glad you and Mrs Mayfloat were able to discuss and come to a happy solution. That is what it is all about. Most things, when discussed, can be resolved.

SW, I, like Carpy, sense that something bad must be going on in your life to generate all the anger that has been seen in your posts lately. Email me, speck@pennswoods.net, if you want, and maybe we can talk it over some.

Re: Wife is mad, What do I do?

I just noticed this thread... as a Boy Scout leader (both Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts), I have to say that this "fund-raiser" could potentially get the troop to lose it's charter. Alcohol is simply not allowed at any event that is in any way connected to the Boy Scouts of America. I realize that this has nothing to do with the original query (which happily is resolved), but...

unixgeek, don't worry about the fund raiser. The Boys Scouts were not involved in any way for this benefit. The local bike club puts on many different events throughout the year. Then the money collected is sent to the Scouts as a donation from the bike club. So NO Scouts were involved in any way of the events.

Fishingnut, I got yer email, and will send you a clip or two once I figure out how to download from the handicam. Then it is finding time to actually do it.

I've got several side jobs I have to get done. Gotta get my wood cut a split for winter. This keeps the wife happy!
