Will Bigfoot lower unit fit

We just bought a 24' Sun Tracker pontoon with a 1994 Mercury Tracker 40 hp 4 cylinder with the small lower unit. I would love to have more steerage from a larger prop/lower unit. Will the bigfoot lower unit from the 40hp bigfoot model bolt directly onto my motor?
