What does "will not WOT" mean?
Does the motor start/run? Does the WOT RPM seem too low? Will the carbs not open all the way when the throttle is opened? Does the throttle lever of the RC box or tiller control travel all the way to WOT?
Is this a tiller or remote model? If you have a remote model, the throttle lever is not supposed to go into gear if the warm-up lever is up.
The 3 carbs of an A model need to be put in sync after everything is disassembled for a carb cleaning, and the whole rig needs to be setup correctly. If the boat has a tach, what WOT RPM do you see on the tach?
