Don't confuse vehicle efficiency with engine efficiency. A 2bbl is not inherently more efficient than a 4bbl, but in a particular setup it could deliver better power AND efficiency. Or it could be worse, it's all about the tuning.

Hey guys, stupid question but can it be as simple as the drive not being in the right place like trimmed too far in or out when first giving it gas?

Improper trim can cause different problems at different speeds.

What is YOUR exact trim procedure?

I don't really have one. What should it be and I'll try testing it out to see if that helps.
