will this crank suit my motor

am trying to find a replacement crank

would # 0328788 be a suitable replacement for # 338957. A neighbour has one , i'm just not sure if it will work for me \
mine is a J7OTLEOR btw.

Mine is a 95 , replacement crank im looking at is out of an 89 I'm told
