Will TSK SX-C1 P/N 3868404 match up?

Looking at this TSK SX-C1 P/N 3868404 to match up with either a volvo
SX-M or omc/volvo SX-C1 outdrive. Will this transom assembly with trim pump match up with these models since they are the same.
