looking for info on wiring setup for this motor. it has two batteries wired to a female plug (no make on it) in bow. batteries are not in serial but are direct to female plug, red and black on one side then red and black to the other side of female plug. four prong male (motor)plug has two prongs connected and one with black wire and one with blk/red wire. foot pedal has mom/off/con toggle switch. twelve volts to each side of female plug. and twelve volts from each of two receptacle holes. motor won't go. Help?
