hey folks

I have spent a few hours looking for info on converting the old wiring harness (pre 1999 ) to the new harness ( 2000 ) and havn't had much luck....I see reference to rigging manuals but have found no source for one. I just repowered and went from a pair of 1992 vx250 ( txrq) yamaha's to a set of 2000 Q66 250's (txry) ....the exchange was pretty straight forward.... the main wiring harness was a clean switch... but ... I have different plugs for the remote oil tank gear and trim and tilt.
Is there an adapter avalible ? or can someone out there help with pin out info on the plugs? and I'll build my own adapter....
I had one running yeaterday ran great !!!! but I have the gauge issue with trim and tilt as well as alarms...

thanks in advance for your help.....

in 95 yamaha went to square trim and oil harness connections. the adapters are in the gray accesories manual and dont cost very much.
you will need 3, one for trim, one for the oil tank and one for the visual indicates at the tach.

thanks so much for the info....I knew someone out there had to know the answer !!!!!

Now for one last dumb question....... where can I find this Gray accessories manual ? I did find 1 vendor that had an adapter ...but the price was $75.00 ... So anything more cost efficient than that would be appreciated.

thanks
