Wiring Diagram Johnson Wood Boat

I have a new ignition and a new solenoid. My Boat is Johnson 19 ft 75hp outboard motor. Please some one tell me how to wire it so it will start. There is a black wire a white wire a green wire and 2 wires that are capped at the end..Any sugestions

My service manual (for a'74 v4) has a beautiful color fold out diagram that helps with that stuff. The manual is good to have anyway, you should get one.

you probably dont need the capped wires, they may be for tach and hot horn
