I'm in Canada, sorry thought my joke was obvious :)

I've been googling for a sleeve and all I can find is that blank one without ports. I'm assuming a shop would be able to cut the ports but if there's a ported sleeve I'd get that.

Canada is slightly larger than the state of Rhode Island, so that narrowed it for those of us willing to help you, didn't it? Racer didn't ask for your address and he may your neighbor a block away.

Ya that was a typo, meant to say 3.564 not 5.564 :)

Taper and roundness are within 0.0005 measured in 6 spots (bottom of cylinder, between ports and about 3/4" from top. It's also the same just measuring all kinds of random spots throughout the cylinder. This is so weird.

There is no way these readings are correct if you honed it to size.....

As others stated, get a new block

Boring makes a cylinder round again.--------When a cylinder has suffered major damage it may be out of round / oval / whatever.------Honing will duplicate what was there just bigger.-----Sorta like --" garbage in = garbage out "

Sure they can be correct. The hone has just created a 64 thou larger hole.....but not a cylinder. Think in 3D, not 2D. X and Y axis are OK, Z-axis is not straight. Block should have been bored first then honed.
Taking that much material with a honing operation does not provide an accurate process.

Agree with a new block.

You can even have something that looks like a triangle.-----Measure through the centre and you get the same number everywhere.----But it is not round.-----Post an ad on KIJIJI.-----And there is a fellow in / near Oshawa I believe that does motor work.-----Has advertised parts & service work on KIJIJI in the past.---Do not know him personally but I think I have his number saved somewhere.
