XPS 555 charger

This charger has been working without problem. It is clean and kept in a dry clean environment. Used very little.
There is power to the power in wiring but no lights show when turned on. Is there a fuse anywhere inside the case. None showing on the outside.

Unable to find the manual but most all either have a fuse or require one to be used. If unable to find the manual, suggest removing the cover and see if one is inside

How are you verifying AC power in?

You said no lights when you turn it on! If there is a separate on/off switch on the unit, that switch may be bad. If the power cord has a plug on the end, the wire(s) in the power cable near the plug may have broken due to pulling on the cable rather than the plug. An ohm meter is your friend here.
