You say it was ok before tha repair to tha boat. Was it on this same boat? If thats tha case, ya got a motor problem of some kind imo. That prop is pretty much wrong with tha set up your running. A Laser sets up and runs completly different as compared to tha normal hull. More like Bullet, Allison and etc. Although a good healthy 150, stock geared (2 ta 1's) on a 17' Laser will turn it when set up for it. Your not. Some ventilation right before it breaks over is good for tha little 2.0 motor. A "tuned up" 22 small hub Laser would be close I think..............jmo
