My engine was installed as new in 2007, although a 2005. It only has about 20 hours on it. I was trying to do my winter maintenance, and the engine will not turn over at all. Thought is was the battery, but that was not it. Can raise and lower engine using the switch on the engine, but won't even click or turn over using the key, and the tilt switch on the forward/reverse lever will not raise or lower the engine. The dead man switch was also engaged when I tried to start it. Is there a fuse or something I need to reset?
