I have been having this problem with my late 80's 115. If the motor has been tilted up (for travel or storage) for any length of time (2 hours +), the motor will not start. If I tilt it down and let it sit overnight, it starts fine. When it does not start, it is because there is no spark to the plugs, not fuel issues. Any ideas???
