Yamaha 130 won't start

Good spark via spark tester. New plugs. New fuel.
Fuel getting to cylinders. Choke operates.Spins fast. Ran fine when fresh water flushing a month ago. Thought I knew somthing until now. Thanks for any help.

the sequence is, suck,squeeze,bang and blow. ya lost one of them. go to the basics.
