I recently purchased and 1998 Yamaha 8 hp 2 strok motor. When I tried to start it it ran for about 6 seconds and then cut out and wouldnt start. I tried it about a week later and it did the same thing. I replaced the plugs and replaced the fuel filter ( it was a generic filter) and tried again and it did the same thing...it ran for about 6 seconds and cut out again and wouldnt start. Not sure what i should look at next. Any help would be much appreciated. Model # 8MSHX
