Yamaha 200 2 stroke not using oil 1998

After at least 100 gallons of gas, I noticed that the reserve oil tank has not gone down and the engine oil tank is full, too.<br />What is the likely cause of this?<br />The engine just started acting sluggish at 3000 RPM. Have I permanently damaged the engine?

First, I would add oil to the gas until this was checked out carefully. No oil will normally result in almost instant siezure. A compression or leakdown test wiil tell you if there is a problem with the engine now.
