Yamaha 2001 F-15 idle only

Hello to all first post,i searched for answer first on here but im still stumped.I have a yamaha 2001 f15 that will only start at very low idle,anytime i try to advance throttle,even a few hundred rpms it dies,compression good,new plugs,carb cleaned 3 times,ive shot eather in carb while advancing throttle and it dies.new plugs are now black after 15 minutes.oil level good also any ideas?

now your going to have to check primary coil input while running. if you can spray ether at it and it dies anyway that tends to eliminate a lean carb, black plugs lead to a rich or non burning fuel mix.<br /> takes 4 things to make it run correctly, intake, do you have any air leaks between the carb and intake valve, are all the vacum hoses correctly installed. 2 is compression on both cylinders normal and within 15% of each other. now we need spark, is the spark occuring at the corrct time in relation to piston movement. and lastly we need exhaust, are all passages clear and insect nest free? if ya cannot get the burned mix out it suffers a severe power loss to a total shut down.<br /><br /> what other testing have you done and when was the last time the motor ran correctly?
