yamaha 2hp overheating

My old yamaha 2hp P45 keeps overheating. Even with new impeller, clean water circuit, new gaskets, and correct oil/fuel ratio. What can it be?

have you checked the thermostat or replaced it lately.

is it peeing water. it shouldnt be over heating if its peeing water
