My yammy 90 spent a couple of hours underwater before it was rescued. Everything looks amazingly dry under the cover. What should I do prior to starting it up? Anything special?

If it was in saltwater, hose it down with fresh water
Drain the carbs and pump the bulb to flush fresh fuel through
Pull the sparkplugs and turn the motor over til it stops spraying water out, then oil the cylinders profusely
Disassemble the starter to get the water out
Let it sit in the sun to dry
Get it running asap
