Still will not run correctly. Had bad fuel w/water, that got run through a 2002 50 HP Yamaha that ran perfect always with NO problems. Took apart carbuerators and detailed cleaned all components, cleared all holes, lines, cleaned tank, everything is 100% clean. Installed external fuel filter separator. Motor seems to run great at higher rpm's but idles rough and bogs in attempts to accelerate form idle. I did not replace any components but meticulously cleaned everything in all 4 carbs. Fuel pump is clean and diaphragms are intact. What needs to be done. I did not adjust anything and was very careful during cleaning. Help me get back to fishing...I also replaced spark plugs with new ones.

Well, first I'd throw away the 4th carb, should only have three...sure that'll help.....and you can spray and play with carbs forever, if you don't soak them in real carb cleaner(NOT SPRAY CAN) you ain't doin a thing...sounds like carbs still need soaked in REAL carb cleaner, don't leave overnight just two or three hours, agitator soaker is better, just an hour or two....you'll be amazed.

Thanks for the response, 4-cylinders with 4 -carbs, each one was cleared in every port and air vent. With that being said,...What would you recommend soaking them in?
