I went to start first time this year and wont idle or take fuel without bogging. I always use stabil and run fogging oil threw engine add two new plugs and fuel filter and its ready now for the fourth year, well i thought. Any ideals would help. thanks dan

Check the fuel pump diaphragm.I had a similar problem with mine.Found the diaphragm had pinholes in it which allowed the fuel to go directly into the base without going through the carb.
To prove it,back off the carb mounting nuts pull the carb away from the engine then squeeze the primer bulb.If you see frothy fuel coming out of the passage that pulses the pump,change the diaphragm.

ps:The dealer told me to scrap the engine and get a new one when he couldn't find the problem
