Yamaha Battery Loom Help

Hi,all i just purchased a loom to charge a battery from my 2002 8 hp Yamaha,can anyone tell me how to connect it to the motor?i worked out the 2 green wires go to the green wires out from under flywheel,but where do the 2 back wires go and the rectifier attach,Thanks Mike.
