yamaha F115 VST

I'm trying to take a look at my VST filter.... does anyone know where an online manual or anything is? if not i'll just buy one, but i really only need it for the filter... If anyone has any tips for removing, cleaning exct. that would help too. thanks!

manual really wont help, common sense will.
remove the flywheel cover,remove the air box, remove all the wiring for the ISC,MAP,TPS and shift switch and injectors.
remove the water hoses from the fuel cooler remove the fuel line from the mechanical pump.
remove the front intake to block brace bolts,remove the intake mounting bolts,remove the intake.
now remove the VST from the intake.
dissasemble and clean the VST as needed.
if you dont damage it the intake gasket is reusable.
after you cut the clamp on the fuel rail you MUST use the oetiker type clamp on reassembly.
DO NOT use a worm gear hose clamp.
reverse for reassembly.
