Yamaha F150 - No Spark

Resurrecting this motor from a dunking. Been some work. Got no spark.

Went to static test with YDS - no signal to 1/4 coil pack or 2/3 coil pack. Static test works well injectors. power is good to both coil packs, not getting ground from ECU. Have good continuity on blk/ylw and blk/gry ground wires from coil packs to ECU.

Thinking faulty ECU.

Thoughts?

If it’s on a boat or attached to a boat harness… safety/kill switch.

kill switch is good. not getting any cam position errors.
