Motor Starts right up idles fine for 3 minutes then you try to put it in gear and it dies then you have to to turn the throttle as far as it will go in the cranking postion to restart have to do this several time before you can get it to run down the lake then once it is running it runs fine until you get it up past half throttle the it starts cutting out you can feel the motor jerk a little. Then you can put it to full and it will smooth out some. Need some help please any expertise.

Sounds like a fuel problem to me. Check all your fuel lines and your primer bulb and make sure it is staying firm when trying to start.

Might need the carbs cleaned. Did this just come on all at once?

Tried new plugs?

Cleaned fuel filter?

Was there water in the old filter? Dirt maybe?? Did you clean the carb if there was water present? If there was water, and been there for a long time, you probably need a carb rebuild.
Could also be a fuel pump problem. With the fuel in the carb after priming, it will run for about 3 minutes. Keep pumping the primer bulb and see if it runs longer.
