I'll be getting a 2001 Yamaha 200hp next week. Is it OK to use synthetic 2-cycle oil for break in, or should I stay with the yamaha brand.

Ahoy, Major. Check out the thread named "TCW-2 or TCW-3" in the last few days. If still in doubt, use Yammy's best through the warranty.<br /><br />Happy boating.<br />JB
