yamaha motor swap--please help---

i am swapping a 55 hp on a pontoon to a 115hp and the wiring is different on the back where the big round plug is. the 55hp has one square plug and the 115 has two round plugs. what do i do, how can i find out what wires i need, the cables and steering will swap fine. i cant swap the controller because one is top mount and one is side mount. please help......

What year is the 115? 4 stroke or 2? Sounds to me like you need a new wiring harness. You should be able to pick one up for around 65 bucks or so. I have recently change the motor on my boat to a 75 4 stroke so this is from experience.
