Yami 9.9 4 stroke gas floods at mid throttle

1990 Runs great at trolling speed at half throttle starts to run real rich....and will eventually die. Carb has been off 3 times cleaned all jets. New fuel pump (thought at first it was starved of gas). New plugs compression ok

Ideas have allready sunk money in this motor at the shop

Any advice would be appreciated - Phil
