Year and hp of this engine pls. head gskt #?

found it at the dump, mod# 50903c sn# c7059908 could I get the HP & what year it is. Also it needs a head gasket so I can do a compression check, when I found it the head was loose and no gasket, appears someone removed the head (not a good sign) and tossed the gasket, so I need to know what gasket # to buy (from IBOATS) that will fit it, it did not have a hood but the engine overall looks clean this I think mite be a commercial 50 hp pull start tille handle model? thanks in advance!
