hello, my buddy has a 1999 9.9 4 stroke and there is a manual on sale on ebay that starts with this serial number" OG590000 "<br /><br />anybody know if this manual will cover his motor or not?<br /><br />and if possible, is there a site that you got this info from...pass it on, brother
