Do remember to squeeze rubber ball until firm.
Do turn on the choke if cold enough.
Advance throttle to a little less than 1/4 open.

I think that was what was actually written in my Dads new (early 70's) Seagull outboard owners manual .
Did you guys ever have them available in the US/Canada ?

Yeah you find them once in a while.
