:^ Where did I say I was "OK" with it? I'm just trying to understand how to tie in high taxes and insurgent weapon upgrades with the article.

I don't know enough about it to comment on it either way, although at face value it does seem kinda odd...

I read the second page. I guess I can see the insurgents weapons part, (as it was mentioned that 8 billion was unacounted for) but it's a stretch. But it seems there wasn't a better alternative to shipping the cash?
(By the way, it was 360 tons, not 30)
