This ones easy. Except for the three part.

1) Custom fiberglass swim platform. (Already priced and template made)
2) Captains call exhaust.
3) Flip-up bolster captains chair. (Mine don't flip up)

I cant think of much becuase I have a new boat this year. I'm kicking myself for putting boat on trailer at marina 20 mins away instead of renting slip which is 2 munutes from where I live!!! Being on water all year long would have been awesome. What was I thinking?!?!
