Youtube SLOW

Just checking to see if it's just me. Here lately YouTube is totally unusable on about 1/2 of the videos that I attempt to watch. Either it plays fine or it takes forever to load (if at all). Anyone else experiencing this?

I will bring my laptop home tonight and do a side by side comparison with my desktop. It's not all the videos just a good percentage of them that are slow.

I was watching Monty Python videos last night, some loaded slower than others. I don't know if depends on how many users are on. you might already know this but look down in the bottom right of your screen all those icons steal speed from your comp. Close the ones you can ...like photoshop and MSN. also I'd do a cookies clean up, disk clean up and defrag. good luck

this is some i have noticed lately..that's high down and up speeds with very high pings. Years ago when we gamed on line a 56ms ping was ok now thats with blistering speed of 1.5 down load speed. Today im running at 5 and 5 up and down....doing tests at speednet i can get 23 ms ping with in 200 miles but if i connect to a server 1500 miles away it a 199 ms ping...yet the down and up speeds are 5 up and 5 down..Now just how the hell does that work...Switching connection speed im sure...bandwith hog's..etc etc
