Just converted my 1997 4.3LX over to the 2-piece exhaust manifolds and am now worried I may have a problem. Went out for the first time yesterday and noticed the port side riser was cool to the touch while the starboard was too hot to keep my hand on. It seemed like the starboard riser was a lot warmer than the starboard exhaust manifold. The install went smooth with all OEM parts so I was a little upset when I noticed this temp yesterday. Is that typical or do I have an issue? What should my next step be?
