Opinion. other will vary
Like all boats, the motor is what makes it, if it doesn't run, nobody wants it. I'm seeing 260 hours on the speedometer instead of the 134 being listed. Its on a dealer lot and they were posting many boats and get the postings mixed up. The 260 looks better then the 134 and works out to about 20 hours a season and probably the last two its been sitting on the lot.

The Monterey is the lest expensive market line. No extras to speak of, and the finish is not up to par with higher or middle end boats.
The trailer looks to be made for a smaller boat because it appears to barely fit. This is not an issue so long as long hauls are not in store. Bottom line, if it runs and checks out will probably give you some years of fun before you sell it because your hooked, of sell it because you don't want to play on the water anymore
