Thanks for the feedback 4Winns24! I think I will just relax and enjoy my boat!
So I bought a leak down tester, removed the thermostat housing and filled the block up to the top with water and ran the test on all my cylinders and did not get any bubbles coming up from the cooling path of the block. Now I did find that some of my cylinders had moderate leakage, which are coming from the exhaust and intake valves using the audible testing method, but the boat runs fine, so I'm going to just enjoy the boat.
I think a good lessons learned on this one is that the bubbles in the top clear hose does not necessarily mean that there is a head gasket leak into your cooling passage!
