check your fuel line from your tank. This is what I found this week. replaced with 3/8" ethanol proof ,fuel injection rubber hose from auto parts store.

the fuel parts are from mercury not yamaha. I also found the input hose from the tank failing on the inside. fixed with 3/8" ethanol proof fuel injection hose from auto parts store ~$3/ft. You can look up pictures as parts using your model and serial on Iboats...

have you checked your fuel module. it has a fuel regulator, walbro injector pump, walbro intake pump and intake pump float.
it may be a cracked fuel regulator line in the tank.
