Nah. Doctor yelled at me about my diet... I cut out meat since March per their advice and have been slowly re-incorporating it back in as I get to where they want me to be. I've been vegetable heavy with no gluten and meat. A f-ing miserable existence. This week I can incorporate chicken back into the diet so I'll feel human again at least. :LOL: Eggs have been a staple as is rice and beans thankfully.

....I do not own a uniform of any kind. But i did love the Nashville Symphony doing the soundtrack live to Into Darkness. It was so good even AC liked it..

And to add to my geekness, just out of view to the right is an Economist magazine. My mornings are perfection.

I did a brown butter venison butterfly chops with peppers and scallions with fresh from the garden, tender, roasted asparagus. YUM!

Do you not realize the era in which we are in??? Pics or it didn't happen...

I just made a 5 lb batch of dasish frickadeller. Resting in the fridge getting happy.

Wife and I were too hungry to wait for pics ... but there were no leftovers for today!

It is a pounded beef strip steak, quick white southern gravy from the pan drippings using heavy cream, pepper and salt and prob garlic and onion powder. Bread was a nod to the many years I was very poor and any type of bread with a Walmart butter type spread would do (always use real butter now) and garlic powder, this was a a stale top of a hamburger bun. The sh...tuff in the front is smashed potatoes with two butter wells. Season to taste.
