Had a freezer full of chicken parts and ends of veggies so....

I do cheat occasionally and buy half pound of feet to add to my stuff, not this time but man the college that put out..... I label it chicken jello.

Having 12 people staying with us over the holiday weekend so I'm feeding lots of people. I make lasagne, but each time I do I usually try a somewhat different recipe. This refund my choices are.....

Not sure, but I do my lasagna with little hand rolled meatballs instead of a meat sauce. Being a middle of the road guy, the best lasagna sounds good enough.

Been seeing these Japanese egg logs on the internet and thought I'd try it. Actually super easy. Mine used havarti. I'm exited to try it more. Local smoked bacon (best you ever had) and toast

Havarti is one of my favorites and will have to make this. I saw a vid the other day about the Dubai Taco. Definitely on my todo list and very soon. Anyone here ever made them?
