    FYI part #16 clamp is still available through the dealer at a cost of 5 maple leafs (I ordered two) Online turbojet specially site quoted me $70 US for part #16 :(

    Cabin had 45cm in one storm, got the sleds our for a spin :) but had to shovel out the boat, elevate the front and cover it for the winter. I did have a closer look and there is balsa wood and it is rotten where the jet pump mounts. Looks like replacing it is just part of the adventure...

    So there is wood around where the jet pump sits and the front one is damaged form the boat striking something. A good cleaning and inspection of the whole hull with a detailed inspection and some sort of repair is needed in this area.

    Again I am new to boating so This might be a stupid question but I thought this was all fibreglass? How would I know or check if it has balsa ?
