    My boat is missing pump parts they are clamp#16, intake grate#67, ride plate#54. I just ordered two clamps #16 as they are the only thing still available ....... Going to have to source the other two used :)

    Local boat shop just left me a message saying they have a 92 Johnson 100hp they took on trade full motor, it runs but does have a carb issue $300 Thoughts ? Plan to go have a look and compression test it and have a look in the cylinders. What else should a novice outboard guy look for ?

    So the crank that is clean and has a shine to it is from the motor i pulled out of the 115hp mid 90's the oily one came with the box of parts and i think its from the 80's Where the bearing sits it measures the same on both Spline count is 20T The crank that came out of the 115Hp is longer...
