    Noticed when 1st starting the engine this year it took a while for the voltage to increase to >13V on the dash gauge.......more than the usual 1000RPM's........once it did it seemed fine though. Today I noticed again while out on the water.......is this an indication of a potential problem??

    When removing the screws from the trim position senders a couple got chewed up. Are these screws stainless and if not what are they? Are they a std thread? I was hoping to just go to West Marine and pick-up a few stainless screws to replace them.....

    Got a price for a Mercruiser Alpha 1 u-joint bellows and shift cable bellows. U-joint bellows: $77, shift cable bellows: $27 I am going OEM because I don't want to fool arounf w/ aftermarket on these items.....do the prices seem right? Might try it this w/e. How much time should I allow?

    Bellows Replacement

    Is there a minimum temp the bellows adhesive can be used at? I am planning on replacing the u-joint bellows and was wondering how warm it needs to be..... Probably won't be for a few weeks......we just got about a foot of snow last night....but I'm getin real itchy!!!!
